About us

We’re Crumbs Box, a small, family-run bakery from Shrewsbury, known for our Great Taste Award-winning bakes and warm, friendly service.

Our café at Forestry England’s Haughmond Hill is now up and running, and we’re looking for a Senior Barista / Café Supervisor to join the team.

This role is for someone with strong, hands-on coffee experience who can take ownership of standards, lead shifts, and help shape how the café runs day to day.

🫵 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making consistently excellent coffee and setting the standard
• Running shifts and keeping service flowing smoothly
• Supporting, guiding and managing a small team during service
• Being proactive, noticing what needs doing and taking action
• Keeping the café clean, organised and well stocked at all times
• Feeding back on what’s working and what isn’t
• Suggesting and contributing ideas to menu, service and setup
• Helping maintain a calm, welcoming environment for customers
